10 Day Spring Reset of Your Digestion
This cleanse allows digestion to take a break and reset. It includes an initial Ayurvedic Consultation 1.5 hours. A starter pack of food and spices customized and based on goals and imbalances discussed at consult will be provided. You will also be provided with a collection of recipes to be prepared for each time of day to eat and specific routines to follow during the day to optimize weightloss, sleep and promote renewal for the new season.
The reset ends with 1 session of Shirodhara. This is a therapy that we will assist with promoting deep meditation and heightened perception while calming the entire nervous system as well as the mind. In this therapy a gently warmed herbal oil or custom prepared Ayurvedic buttermilk for Takra Dhara is prepared and poured in a gentle stream onto the forehead.
